The location was ideal as we only had to walk a short distance to reach all the places we wanted to visit, and it was great that it was just a 5-minute drive from the airport.

We felt safe here and recommend the place. Really enjoyed our 4 nights here. The location was great because it was very close to Plaza de Armas and nice cafes and restaurants. The room we had included central heating, an iron, and coffee and tea making equipment.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cusco called Allincay. The communication with the staff was excellent, especially when I booked last minute. They were quick to respond and made me feel at home throughout my stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town. Additionally, the hotel was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a terrace for enjoying my morning coffee. The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting me with small requests like a hairdryer and kitchen items. I also appreciated that the owner lived in the same building, making it convenient for any concerns or questions that arose. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Allincay Cusco Apart and would highly recommend it.

The apartment was not as clean as I had expected. The bathroom and kitchen areas were particularly disappointing.

Spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. Good beds and calm at night. Small garden for breakfast. Close to city center and felt safe. Smooth communication and helpful staff. Hot water and heater provided. Private terrace for coffee or chilling. Great location, wifi, and self-catering facilities. Accommodating hosts. Left luggage service available.
There was nothing I didn't like.

During our Christmas holiday trip, we found the apartment to have everything we needed for a short stay. We loved the fact that we did not need to worry about our luggage as the staff were accommodating with our luggage storage needs. the location was ideal with easy access to key tourist sites and a fifteen, minute walk to the central plaza. We enjoyed the privacy of the terrace where we could have morning coffee, and the apartment was safe and secured with electric wires.
The bathroom shower was a little tricky to manage, and it had only one temperature setting between hellish lava and arctic ice. we were disappointed that we had to pay more than the stated price due to the conversion rate from US$ to the local currency used by the hotel during the payment process.

The hotel is located in a historic area with a great view of the surrounding landscape. It is in a quiet area and the rooms are quite large, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. the staff are always on hand to help, with good customer service and knowledge of the local area. the breakfast is also very good, with lots of options to choose from.
The entrance can be a bit inconvenient, as there is no lift and you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We loved the location as it was in a quiet part of the historic area, but still just a short walk to the main square. The room was very clean and well maintained, with great hotel facilities. We were pleased to find that there was a parking area available. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming.
Nothing negative to say.
